How to Create an Emergency Protective Mirror Shield

Emergency Protective Mirror Shield

Yesterday I was in a cab, riding through the city, when I suddenly started to feel unwell. At first, I blamed the coffee I had just finished or maybe something I had eaten earlier. But I quickly realized the true cause. The chauffeur had a heavy, unpleasant energy that immediately affected me.

I knew I had to act quickly to avoid feeling drained for the rest of the evening. Without hesitation, I activated what I call a Mirror Protection Reflection Shield. As soon as I set it up, the discomfort began to ease. It worked, and I was able to enjoy the rest of my evening.

A Mirror Protection Reflection Shield is a simple energetic tool that surrounds you with a thin, reflective layer in every direction. It acts like a 360-degree mirror, bouncing back any negative energy that comes your way. It does not absorb or process the negativity. It simply sends it back.

You might wonder why I chose to reflect rather than transform the energy. While transformation shields and deflective white-light shields can be useful, they are more demanding. They require more mental energy and tend to wear out faster in intense situations. The mirror shield, on the other hand, is efficient and easy to maintain. It lasts longer because it does not try to change the energy, just reflect it.

Every type of shield needs to be renewed eventually. How often depends on what kind of energy you are dealing with. Still, this mirror shield has proven to be one of the most energy-efficient forms of protection I have ever used.

To create one, start by visualizing a thin, metallic mirror-like surface forming a complete shell around your entire body. Picture it clearly. It should feel smooth, strong, and completely surrounding you from every angle, approximately 40 centimetres (15 inch) from your body. Then mentally state your intention. You could say something like, "Mirror shield, 360 degrees around my body, lasting until the end of this ride." Sit with that image and intention for about 30 to 60 seconds, letting the shield fully take shape.

This technique is not only for emergencies. You can use it anytime you anticipate being in a challenging environment. It is helpful in meetings, while traveling, during family gatherings, or even in a crowded supermarket.
