How and Why We Use Two Shops
We currently run two shops: our original store and a newer one. Both are available for you to use, depending on what works best for your needs.
The original store supports more payment options. However, it sometimes has longer fulfillment times, up to ten days. The new store is quicker. It only accepts PayPal, but the waiting time is usually under 24 hours and no more than 48.
It would be nice to use just one platform, but that is not possible for us at the moment. I recently added a new category called Training Courses in the new store that features teaching courses (not attunements). These are available instantly after purchase. The new store makes that possible. In the old store, I would need to manually enroll each student, which adds a delay.
When I started back in the 90s, I only had a few courses. It was manageable. Now we have more than 200 courses and workshops. Keeping everything organized takes effort. That's one reason why the second shop made sense. It helps track teaching materials and delivers them automatically. Students can also download their materials directly from their dashboard.
Another benefit is that the new store can issue certificates automatically when a course is completed.
I constantly seek ways to ease the experience for both students and myself without compromising the quality of my attunements. I also try to make everything as affordable as possible while maintaining value and depth. My attunements and energy systems are my pride and my brand. Nothing I do should ever lower the quality or the extremely high standard of the energy work I offer.
About Certificates
Earlier this year, we decided to stop offering certificates for most courses (check the post here). Only our flagship programs included certificates. That was a hard decision. I know many students appreciate having a certificate as proof of their work. But creating them by hand each month took up many hours that I needed for energy work and development.
Recently, I’ve been working on a way to generate certificates automatically. I’m glad to say that every course now includes a completion certificate. For the flagship programs, I still do certificates manually if you request it (Kundalini Reiki Ultimate, Gold Reiki Ultimate, Original Reiki, Ethereal Flowers Ultimate, Ethereal Crystals Ultimate and Ethereal Resins Ultimate). Even there, automatic ones are also available. They’re simpler than the hand-designed versions, but they do the job.

Reaching Students
We’d like a better way to keep in touch with students. Our emails only reach a small percentage of subscribers. That’s normal for email systems. We also don’t want to overload inboxes with too many messages. At the same time, we know some students want to stay up to date whenever there’s something new.
We have a Telegram channel. It’s my favourite method because it allows frequent updates. You can mute it if you prefer, but all posts stay available so you can check them when you like. Not everyone uses Telegram, though.
The blog in our original store is also a good place for updates. But there’s no option to subscribe, so we still need to send out emails to let people know when something new is posted. And that brings us back to the original challenge of limited email reach.
