Interviewer: So, let's start at the beginning. You mentioned that you've been interested in spirituality since you were 11 years old. Can you tell me more about that?
Ole: Yes, I've always been fascinated by the spiritual world. When I was younger, my dad would catch me using a pendulum to dowsing for water in our house. That sparked my curiosity and I started going to the library and bringing home stacks of books on all kinds of spiritual subjects. I even started doing hands-on healing at a young age.
Interviewer: That's really interesting. How did you get into Reiki?
Ole: Well, I was in my early twenties when I enrolled in my first Reiki course. That really changed things for me because I was able to feel energy in a very tangible way. From there, I founded systems like Kundalini Reiki and Gold Reiki, as well as many other healing modalities.
Interviewer: And what about your experience with programming?
Ole: Yeah, I became interested in programming and taught myself various languages like Basic, Visual Basic, Pascal, and Delphi. I even enrolled in a programming school with the goal of becoming a programmer. For a while, I programmed software and sold it online. It was a fun experience, but I eventually realized that sitting in front of a computer screen for 8-12 hours a day wasn't really appealing to me.
Interviewer: So, you've lived in a few different countries and have also traveled to many others. Can you tell me more about your experiences?
Ole: Yeah, I'm originally from Denmark, but I've had the opportunity to live in Croatia and Canada as well. Currently, I spend most of my time in Belgrade, Serbia. In addition to those places, I've also visited over 20 other countries. Each place has had its own unique culture and way of life, and it's been really interesting to experience all of that diversity.
Interviewer: What have been some of the highlights of your travels?
Ole: There have been so many highlights and it's hard to choose just a few, but some of the things that stand out to me are the beautiful landscapes, the delicious food, and the interesting people I've met along the way. I've also had the chance to learn about new cultures and traditions, which has been really enriching.
Interviewer: How have your travels impacted your life?
Ole: My travels have definitely had a huge impact on my life. They've helped me to see the world in a different way and have given me a greater appreciation for the diversity that exists within our world. I've also learned a lot about myself and have gained a lot of valuable life experiences along the way. Overall, my travels have been a really rewarding and enriching part of my journey.
Interviewer: So tell me about your time in Canada.
Ole: Well, I lived in Edmonton, British Columbia for about 6 months. It was a really interesting experience because I had never lived in Canada before. The culture and environment were very different from what I was used to, so it was a great opportunity for me to learn and grow.
Interviewer: What did you do while you were there?
Ole: I didn't have a specific job or activity that I focused on while I was in Canada. Instead, I spent my time exploring the city and surrounding areas, trying new things, and meeting new people. It was a really exciting time for me because I was able to step outside of my comfort zone and experience something new.
Interviewer: And how did your time in Canada impact your life?
Ole: I think living in Canada really opened my eyes to the fact that there are so many different ways of life and cultures out there. It made me more open-minded and curious about the world and encouraged me to seek out new experiences. It was definitely a life-changing experience for me.
Interviewer: So, you have a special connection to Canada. Can you tell me more about that?
Ole: Yes, Canada has a really special place in my heart. I don't know exactly why, but I just feel like I have a strong connection to the country. I've spent some time there before and I just really fell in love with the culture and the people. Eventually, I will to move to Canada permanently. It's just a place that really feels like home to me.
Interviewer: What do you love most about Canada?
Ole: There are so many things that I love about Canada. I love the beautiful landscapes and the natural beauty of the country. I also really appreciate the sense of community and the friendly people. It's just a really welcoming and inclusive place, and I feel like I really belong there.
Interviewer: What do you hope to achieve by moving to Canada?
Ole: Honestly, I just want to be able to live in a place that feels like home to me. I think that moving to Canada will allow me to fully embrace the culture and lifestyle that I've grown to love. I'm excited for the opportunity to start a new chapter in my life and see what the future holds.
Interviewer: So, you had a phase in your life where you wanted to be an actor. Can you tell me more about that?
Ole: Yes, at one point in my life, I really wanted to become an actor. Actually, I had two phases where I was really interested in acting. I even made four short movies to showcase my skills. But eventually, I dismissed the thought because I just really disliked going to auditions. It's just not something that I enjoyed and it's a big part of the job as an actor.
Interviewer: What made you want to pursue acting in the first place?
Ole: I think I was just really drawn to the idea of being able to portray different characters and tell stories through acting. It's always been a passion of mine and I enjoyed the process of preparing for a role and bringing it to life on screen.
Interviewer: So, you had the opportunity to work with one of the most famous Danish actors as his student. Can you tell me more about that experience?
Ole: Yeah, it was really exciting for me because I had always looked up to this actor and admired his work. So, I took the chance and reached out to him to see if he would be willing to take me on as a student. To my surprise, he agreed and we had a really great conversation about it. He was willing to teach me, but on the condition that I move close to where he lived so he could work with me according to his schedule.
Interviewer: That must have been a really exciting opportunity.
Ole: It was definitely exciting, but unfortunately, I couldn't make the move at that time due to personal reasons. It was a tough decision to make, but I knew that I couldn't pursue acting as a career if I wasn't willing to make the necessary sacrifices.
Interviewer: How did you feel about having to turn down the opportunity?
Ole: It was definitely disappointing, but I knew that it was the right decision for me at the time. I'm grateful for the opportunity and for the chance to have had a conversation with such a talented and successful actor. Even though it didn't work out, it was still a really valuable experience for me.
Interviewer: And what led you to ultimately decide not to pursue acting as a career?
Ole: Like I mentioned before, the audition process was just really not something that I enjoyed. It can be really stressful and I just didn't feel like it was the right fit for me. So, I decided to pursue other interests and passions instead.
Interviewer: I know you faced some skepticism when you first started teaching Reiki and other modalities. Can you tell me more about that?
Ole: Yes, I faced a bit of indirect negativity when I first started teaching. Some people would tell me that I couldn't do this or that, and that really challenged my confidence. But I was determined to pursue my passions and share my knowledge with others. So, I began teaching Reiki healing and other modalities, and eventually started focusing on the concept of self-attunement. I wanted to help people understand how they could attune themselves to different energies and frequencies in the universe.
Interviewer: How did people react to your teachings on self-attunement?
Ole: Some people were skeptical at first, but others were really open to the idea. I think it helped that I had already self-attuned to Reiki myself and could speak from personal experience. Eventually, I gained a lot of support and started building a community of like-minded people who were interested in self-attunement and energy healing.
Interviewer: And that ultimately led you to write your book, "Mastering Self Attunements"?
Ole: Yes, that's right. I wrote "Mastering Self Attunements" in 2011. It was a really exciting project for me because it was my first book. The book is all about how to attune oneself to different healing energies and frequencies, and it includes various techniques and exercises that readers can use to do so. I had been practicing various forms of healing for a while and had noticed that many people were struggling with the concept of attunement. I wanted to create a resource that would help people understand and master this important aspect of healing, so I decided to write the book.
Interviewer: How has the book been received?
Ole: The response to the book has been really positive. I've received a lot of great feedback from readers who have found the techniques and exercises helpful in their own healing journey. It's been really rewarding to see the impact that the book has had on people's lives.
